Shipping policy

Balitel eSIMs are digital. There is no physical shipping and no shipping fee.

How you receive your eSIM. After your payment is confirmed, we send your eSIM to the phone number on your order. You'll receive a QR code and step-by-step installation instructions.

Delivery time. Delivery is electronic and usually immediate — most orders arrive within minutes. During busy periods, or if IMEI registration is required first, it may take up to a few hours. If you haven't received your eSIM within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact hello@balitel.com

IMEI registration. Because Balitel eSIMs use a local Indonesian number, your device need IMEI registration to work on the network. We handle this registration for you as part of the service. To do this we need accurate device (IMEI) and passport details from you. Registration is typically completed within 6 hours of receiving your details — provide them correctly to avoid delays.

Wrong email address. If you enter an incorrect email at checkout, contact us right away so we can resend your eSIM to the correct address.
