This Shipping Policy explains how purchases, payments, and delivery work when buying a Balitel eSIM for Bali and Indonesia.

Order Processing

All orders are processed immediately after payment is successfully completed.

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate email or WhatsApp containing your eSIM QR code and installation instructions.

Most customers receive their eSIM within a few minutes.

If you do not receive your eSIM, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact our support team.

Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through major payment providers available at checkout. These may include:

  • Digital wallets and other supported payment methods shown during checkout

All payments are processed through secure encrypted payment systems.

Digital Product Delivery

Balitel sells digital eSIM products only.

  • No physical SIM card will be shipped

  • Delivery is done electronically by email

  • The eSIM QR code is sent after payment confirmation

Because this is a digital product, there are no shipping costs or delivery fees.
