Balitel provides digital eSIM products for travelers visiting Bali and Indonesia. Our eSIM plans allow compatible devices to access mobile data on the Telkomsel network.
All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered electronically by email.
Eligibility
By purchasing from Balitel, you confirm that:

Network performance may vary depending on coverage, device compatibility, and local conditions.
Activation and Validity
The eSIM can be installed before traveling to Indonesia.
Activation generally occurs when the device connects to the Telkomsel network in Indonesia.
The validity period of the data plan begins when the eSIM activates on the network.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are clearly displayed on the product pages before checkout.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers available during checkout. Accepted payment methods may include:

Taxes, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before completing the payment.
Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been installed or activated.
Once an eSIM has been installed or activated on a device, it cannot be refunded because digital eSIM profiles cannot be reused.
