About us. Balitel is an authorized Telkomsel reseller selling local Indonesia eSIMs to international travelers. By buying from or using this website, you agree to these terms.

The product. A Telkomsel eSIM is a digital SIM that provides mobile data and a local Indonesian number on the Telkomsel network while you are in Indonesia. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on the Telkomsel network and your location; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Device requirements. To use a Telkomsel eSIM, your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to confirm this before purchasing.

IMEI registration. Local Indonesian eSIMs require IMEI registration, which we perform on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate device (IMEI) and passport information. We are not responsible for registration failures or service problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

Pricing and payment. All prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency. Payment must be completed before your eSIM is issued. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Acceptable use. You agree to use your eSIM lawfully and not to resell, tamper with, or misuse the service.

Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Balitel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network outages, loss of connectivity, or issues outside our control, including the underlying Telkomsel network. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
